EOPA works directly with state and local elected officials to strengthen leadership and collaboration. Our National and State Leadership Councils, led by veterans and frontline lawmakers, play an active role in press conferences, hearings, and media campaigns.
At the core of our approach is peer-to-peer education: lawmakers learning from one another to develop effective policies. We bring together leaders with diverse experiences, backgrounds, and regions to ensure a wide range of perspectives are represented.
